Fernanda Murcio

Fernanda Murcio has extensive experience in the food industry, currently serving as the Manager of Food Innovation & Technology for Latin America & Iberia at Pizza Hut since April 2021. Prior to this role, Fernanda held various positions within Yum! Brands, including Food Technologist, Analyst in R&D for KFC Global, and Junior NPD Manager across several regions. From September 2017 to April 2021, Fernanda worked as NPD Manager at KFC. Earlier in 2011, Fernanda gained practical experience in foodservice facilities during a practicum at Texas Woman's University. Fernanda earned a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from Texas Woman's University between 2010 and 2012.
