Michael Sarwan

Michael Sarwan currently serves as the Mid Atlantic Regional Manager for Emmy Squared Pizza and Pizza Loves Emily Restaurant Group since February 2024. Prior to this role, Michael held the position of Director of Operations at First Watch Restaurants from December 2022 to February 2024. Michael has extensive experience in the restaurant industry, including serving as Managing Partner at LongHorn Steakhouse from October 2016 to December 2022, and as a Manager at Bubba's 33 from April 2016 to October 2016. Michael also spent over a decade at Darden in various management roles and began in the industry as an Assistant Manager at Domino's Pizza from February 1999 to February 2004. Michael earned an Associate's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Middlesex College between 2002 and 2005.
