Kate Hetherington

Kate Hetherington is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in strategic leadership roles across prominent companies. Currently serving as Chief People Officer for PizzaExpress since June 2018, Kate also held the role of Director of People UK&I within the same organization. Prior roles include HR Director for Costa Coffee and European HR Director for Vax Ltd, along with significant interim work at Lloyds TSB. Earlier in the career, Kate served as Senior HR Business Partner at Nestle, Human Resources Manager at Woolworths, and Divisional Human Resources Manager at Carphone Warehouse. Educational qualifications include a Postgraduate Diploma in Personnel Management from the University of West London and a BA Hons in Business Studies from De Montfort University.
