Leonardo B.

Leonardo B. has a strong background in HR and talent management. Leonardo is currently working as the HR Head at Pizzoli S.p.A. since August 2022. Prior to this, they worked as an International Global HRBP at Gruppo Aboca from October 2018 to January 2022. Before that, from February 2016 to October 2018, they held the role of HRBP and Talent Manager at Novartis, and from March 2014 to January 2016, they were the HR Manager at the same company. Leonardo also has experience in talent acquisition, management, and training at Ferrero from September 2012 to September 2013, and previously worked as an Organizational Development Specialist from March 2009 to August 2012.
