Rhianna Haley

Rhianna Haley is a seasoned HR professional with significant experience in people strategy and employee engagement, currently serving as a Senior People Partner at Synechron since May 2025. Rhianna held the same title at Beamery, where responsibilities included collaborating with leadership to implement people strategies across various departments. Prior experience as a People Partner at Foundry involved enhancing employee experience and managing DEIA programs, while Rhianna also contributed to HR operations at Axians UK, progressing from HR Advisor to HR Business Partner. Additional roles include project coordination and social media management at JD & Co, as well as internships in the pensions sector.
