Rich Celani has extensive experience in the construction industry, primarily with PJ Dick - Trumbull - Lindy from March 1998 to the present, where roles included General Superintendent overseeing projects such as the Pittsburgh International Airport Microgrid station and the Allegheny County Jail New Steam Plant. Significant contributions as a Quality Manager for the Shell Cracker Plant, under Bechtel Corp, involved managing a QAQC budget of 60 million in a total project valued at 8 billion. Additionally, contributions were made as a Cost Manager for self-performed concrete projects valued at 60 million and as a Project Manager for the construction of seven pre-engineered buildings.
