Eric Bormel

Mr. Bormel joined PJ SOLOMON in 2013 and is a Vice President in its Healthcare Technology and Technology-Enabled Services Group.

Mr. Bormel has represented both public and private companies on a variety of assignments including buy-side, sell-side, merger and licensing transactions as well as debt and equity financings.

Most recently, Mr. Bormel advised L.L Bean on its debt refinancing, HBC on its sale of Lord + Taylor to Le Tote, Five Below on its acquisition of select Hollar.com digital assets and its investment in N3rd Street Gaming, Payless ShoeSource on its Chapter 11 restructuring, VF Corporation on its sale of Reef to The Rockport Group, HBC on sale of real estate assets to and formation of JV with Signa Holdings to operate Kaufhof and Karstadt, Kenneth Cole Productions, Inc. on its recapitalization, Skullcandy, Inc on its sale to Mill Road Capital, Office Depot, Inc. on its sale to Staples, Inc. (terminated) and Under Armour, Inc. on its acquisition of MapMyFitness and global marketing transactions. Furthermore, his clients, past and present, include Apollo Global Management, Kering SA, Monro Muffler Brake, Inc., TSG Consumer Partners, VF Corp., and PVH Corp.
