Robert Rosengarten

Robert Rosengarten is Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at PJ SOLOMON. He joined the firm in 2021.

Mr. Rosengarten joined PJ SOLOMON from Milbank LLP, where he was a member of the firm’s Global Corporate Group. At Milbank, Mr. Rosengarten advised on an array of domestic and cross-border M&A and other corporate transactions, including sales of entire companies, joint ventures, business combinations, minority equity investments and restructurings.
