Alison Caldwell MEng (Hons) CEng MICE is a highly experienced engineering professional specializing in water management and civil engineering. Currently serving as Technical Director and Associate Director at PJA since January 2021, Alison leads the National Water Resources team, focusing on long-term resilience and sustainability in development. Alison’s extensive background includes roles at WSP in the UK as an Associate and Principal Engineer, where expertise in flood risk assessments and surface water management was developed. Previous experience at Arup involved significant contributions to drainage design and climate resilience projects. Alison also served on the Young Professional Panel for the National Infrastructure Commission, advocating for the next generation of infrastructure leaders. Alison holds a Master’s in Civil Engineering from Newcastle University.
