Prior experience includes roles as an Associate and Principal Engineer at WSP and WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff from June 2016 to February 2021, where Andrew led various multi-disciplinary business activities. Prior to that, Andrew served as the Highways Design Team Leader at Kier Group from July 2014 to June 2016. Andrew holds a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Civil Engineering from the University of Birmingham, obtained in 2008.
