David Hayle

David Hayle has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. David started their career in 1998 as a Finance Director at IMC Group Consulting, where they worked until 2002. David then served as a Finance Director at Morgan Utilities for a brief period in 2003. Later that year, they became a Financial Controller at TMD Friction, followed by working as an Assistant Director of Business Finance at NCSL until 2005. In 2006, David joined PJD Engineering Limited as a Finance Director for a year. From 2007 to 2011, they served as the Managing Director of PJD Group Limited. In 2012, David became the Director of The Power Industrial Group, where they facilitated an investment by PE house LDC in the PJD Group. David also led the acquisition of Robotic LLC, a US-based emissions control business. In 2016, they transitioned to being the CEO of The Power Industrial Group and simultaneously became the Managing Director of PJD Ltd, where they currently hold the role of Managing Director.

David Hayle completed their Master's in Business Administration (MBA) from Nottingham University Business School from 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, they obtained a degree in Accounting and Finance (ACMA) from CIMA between 1996 and 1999. Their earliest known education is from 1979 to 1987 at Boston Spa, although no specific degree or field of study is provided.
