Chenchao L.

Chenchao L. serves as the Associate General Counsel at PJM Interconnection since November 2017, focusing on regulatory matters related to wholesale energy markets and providing legal advice to management. Previously, Chenchao held various legal positions within the Connecticut Public Utilities Regulatory Authority, offering counsel on administrative proceedings and energy policy. Earlier roles also include Associate Attorney at Conway Stoughton LLC, Law Clerk for the Connecticut Judicial Branch, and various internships in environmental law. Chenchao holds a Juris Doctor degree with a focus on Energy and Environmental Law from the University of Connecticut School of Law and a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Economics from Brandeis University.
