Gregory Burns is an experienced professional in the field of systems architecture and end-user computing. Currently serving as a Senior Windows Client Engineer at PJM Interconnection, Gregory has previously held roles such as Senior Systems Architect at The Hershey Company and Manager of End User Support and Telecom at Philadelphia Media Network.
