Jim Gluck

Jim Gluck has a diverse work experience spanning over 26 years. Jim started their career as an intern at Bascom in 1996. From there, they worked at Accenture as a Consultant from 2000 to 2004, leading technical teams and overseeing the development of web-based applications. Jim then joined SMART Business Advisory & Consulting, LLC as an Implementation Manager, where they served as a solution architect for spend management engagements. At Utilicast, they worked as a Consultant, specializing in technical analysis for an SOA implementation. Jim also worked at truSolutions as a Principal Consultant, implementing and customizing enhancements to the Ariba Spend Management platform. Since 2012, Jim has been working at PJM Interconnection, where they have held various roles. Currently, they are the Director of Enterprise Information Security, responsible for cybersecurity policy development and implementation, as well as leading security engineering and architecture efforts.

Jim Gluck obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Villanova University from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from the University of Delaware, spanning from 1997 to 2001. Additionally, Jim Gluck has obtained several certifications including Certified Agile Leader I from Scrum Alliance in December 2018, Certified Scrum Product Owner from Scrum Alliance in August 2017, and Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance in September 2011.
