Antoine Paycha

Antoine Paycha has extensive experience in capital markets and corporate finance, currently serving in Capital Markets Advisory at PJT Partners since June 2021, where advisory services are provided to Private Equity Funds and Corporates on financing strategies. Prior to this, Antoine held the position of Senior Vice President - Structured Debt at Citi from August 2017 to June 2021, focusing on project finance and asset-backed debt origination and execution. As Vice President - Corporate Finance and Assistant CFO at VistaJet International from October 2015 to May 2017, Antoine managed debt financing origination, structured term loan facilities for strategic expansion, and led interactions with creditors. Experience also includes roles as Leveraged Finance Vice President at Standard Chartered Bank, Mergers & Acquisitions Analyst at Societe Generale, and Leveraged Syndication at Calyon, demonstrating a strong track record in financial structuring, transaction execution, and advisory services across various sectors. Antoine holds a Master of Science degree in Physics and Mathematics from Institut d'Optique Graduate School.
