David Martin has extensive experience in corporate governance and executive compensation across various prestigious organizations. Currently serving as a Managing Director at PJT Camberview since February 2016, David has previously worked as an Executive Compensation Consultant at Towers Watson and held key roles at the Society of Corporate Secretaries and Governance Professionals, Morgan Stanley, RGS Associates, Inc., and Kellogg, Huber, Hansen, Todd, Evans & Figel. David's academic background includes an M.B.A. in Finance and Accounting from NYU Stern School of Business and a B.A. in History from Dartmouth College.
