Dr. Max Mayer-Eming

Dr. Max Mayer-Eming is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in restructuring and special situations. Currently serving as a Partner and Managing Director at PJT Partners since November 2019, Dr. Mayer-Eming previously held significant roles including Managing Director at Macquarie Group, where the focus was on restructuring in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Prior to that, a Director position in financial restructuring was held at Lazard, alongside experience as Vice President at Oaktree Capital Management and as an Associate at Houlihan Lokey and Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein. Dr. Mayer-Eming earned a Doctor of Law degree from the University of Tübingen from 1992 to 1996.
