Francois-Xavier Geslin

Francois-Xavier Geslin has a strong background in financial restructuring and advisory roles. Francois-Xavier started their career as a Financial Analyst at BNP Paribas Corporate and Institutional Banking in 2003, eventually progressing to become a Director in the Financial Restructuring Group. Francois-Xavier worked in various roles within the group, including Vice President and Associate, before joining Gleacher Shacklock LLP in 2015 as a Director. At Gleacher Shacklock, their responsibilities included advising clients on restructuring processes, driving negotiations with stakeholders, and providing a range of services such as due diligence reviews and valuation analysis. In 2018, Francois-Xavier joined PJT Partners as a Director before being promoted to Managing Director in 2020.

Francois-Xavier Geslin completed their Masters degree in Business/Management with a major in finance at EDHEC Business School from 2000 to 2002. Francois-Xavier then pursued a Postgraduate degree in Finance at Sciences Po from 2002 to 2003.
