Jolie Chow is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in investment banking and advisory services. Currently serving as Managing Director at PJT Partners since January 2021, Jolie specializes in Secondary Advisory and Financial Sponsors Coverage, working on products such as M&A, continuation funds, private placements, LP tenders, ESG, board advisory, and restructuring. Prior to this role, Jolie spent over 14 years at Morgan Stanley as an Executive Director in the Asia Pacific Investment Banking Division, focusing on Financial Sponsors Coverage, IBD Management, M&A, and TMT. Jolie holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Arts with Distinction in Economics and International Studies from Yale University.
