Tara Flanagan

Tara Flanagan is a prominent compliance executive with extensive experience in the financial services industry. Currently serving as Chief Compliance Officer and Managing Director at PJT Partners since October 2016, Tara has previously held significant roles, including Deputy Chief Compliance Officer & Head of Advisory for the Americas at RBS and Co-Global Head of Investment Banking Division Conflicts & Business Selection at Barclays Capital. Additional experience includes positions at Société Générale, and Merrill Lynch, where responsibilities encompassed various aspects of compliance and conflicts management.
