Jen McGonigle

Jen McGonigle is the Director of People & Talent Development at PJW Restaurant Group. Jen has over 18 years of experience in human resources and organizational development, and has consulted for both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations. Jen has a deep understanding of the millennial generation and the transitioning workforce, and has developed a library of assessments and tools to help manage multi-generational teams.

Jen McGonigle received a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Penn State University. Jen also attended Connor Academy and received certification from The Hudson Institute as an Executive Coach. Additionally, they are certified as a Hudson Coach Certification Program Facilitator from the Hudson Institute of Coaching and as a Behavioral Styles Inventory Administrator & Facilitator from The Effectiveness Institute.

They work with John Kroll - Director of Operations, Jake Karley - Director of Purchasing & Planning, and Michael Perro - Director of Operations. Their manager is Jim Fris, Chief Executive Officer.
