Jenny Puls, CPA, MAcc

Jenny Puls, CPA, MAcc has a comprehensive work experience in the field of accounting. Jenny started their career at Grossardt & Gilbert, LLC as a Staff Accountant, where they handled various financial reporting tasks for clients in the restaurant and not-for-profit industries. Jenny was responsible for payroll processing, payroll tax submissions, sales and use taxes, bank reconciliations, and accounts receivable and payable functions. Jenny also served as a QuickBooks Pro Advisor, providing installation, training, and customer support for clients.

After their tenure at Grossardt & Gilbert, LLC, Jenny joined Accenture as a Sr. Accountant. Here, they specialized in monthly financial reporting for McDonald's franchisees and Corner Bakery. Jenny analyzed financial statements, maintained client relationships, and acted as a liaison between clients and other departments within Accenture.

Following their time at Accenture, Jenny worked at Flint Hills Resources as both a Tax Analyst and a Treasury Analyst. As a Tax Analyst, they managed tax-related tasks and conducted regular reconciliations. In their role as a Treasury Analyst, Jenny handled daily cash reconciliation and investment, including journal entries. Jenny also maintained bank relationships, set up bank and investment accounts, performed monthly general ledger reconciliations, and acted as a cash forecasting and investing specialist.

Most recently, Jenny served as a Controller at InfoSync Services. In this role, they oversaw financial operations and played a key role in financial planning and strategy for the organization.

Jenny is currently employed as an Accounting Manager at PK Companies, where they utilize their extensive experience and expertise to manage accounting functions within the company.

Their proficiency in QuickBooks and their experience working with a variety of clients make their a valuable asset in the field of accounting.

Jenny Puls, CPA, MAcc, has a strong educational background in finance and accounting. Jenny obtained their Master's of Accountancy degree from Wichita State University, where they studied accounting from 2004 to 2007. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in finance at Kansas State University from 1988 to 1992. Jenny also attended Coffeyville Community College from 1987 to 1988, where they pursued general studies. Jenny completed their high school education at Field Kindley Memorial High. Additionally, Jenny holds the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification, which they obtained from the State of Kansas in October 2008.
