Phil Kurpe founded PK Information in 1993. A St. Petersburg Florida native, he graduated from Case Institute of Technology with a degree in Electrical Engineering. He moved back to St. Pete in 1971 and since then, he has started and sold multiple businesses in the Tampa Bay area.
