Kim provides strategic leadership and direction to all facets of human resource management. She directs the development and implementation of human resource policies, programs, and services – including employee relations, employment practices, compensation and benefits, recruitment, training and development, retention, legal compliance, and employee communications. With 25+ years of experience in her respective field, she strives to foster a workplace environment consistent with PK’s mission and values.

Kim is certified in various areas of in Fair Housing, Human Resources, Leadership and Project Management, Workplace Violence, COBRA, FMLA, and ADA. Kim is a member of the Society of Human Resources (SHRM) and American Payroll Association (APA), and Ladies Professional Amateur Golf Association. Kim’s passion is to bring awareness to living a healthy lifestyle through PK’s wellness program where she inspires employees to be engaged and introspective.
