Sandeep Vaswani

Sandeep Vaswani serves as the Senior Director and Leader of People & Organization Consulting for global markets at PKC Advisory, a role held since April 2021, focusing on co-creating solutions related to leadership, team dynamics, and organizational culture. Prior to this, Sandeep was with PwC India for over a decade, where responsibilities included leading large-scale organization design and effectiveness projects, managing client relationships, and delivering talent assessment and development initiatives. Additional experience encompasses management roles at Essar Group and Trident Group, specializing in employee engagement and performance management systems. Sandeep holds a PGPHR in Human Resources from Management Development Institute, Gurgaon, and a B.Tech in Electronics from the National Institute of Technology Hamirpur.
