Gregory Grant-Smith

Gregory Grant-Smith has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions. Gregory is currently an Executive Director/Partner at PKF Sydney & Newcastle, where they have been working since August 2023. Prior to this role, they served as an Associate Director, Manager, and Assistant Manager in the same company's Mergers & Acquisitions department from August 2018 to August 2023. Before joining PKF, Gregory worked at PPB Advisory as an Assistant Manager, Senior Consultant, Consultant, and Analyst in the Mergers & Acquisitions division from November 2015 to July 2018. Gregory started their career as an Audit Junior at CIB Accountants & Advisers from January 2013 to July 2015.

Gregory Grant-Smith obtained a Master's Degree in Corporate Finance from the University of Sydney, which they pursued from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's Degree in Biological and Biomedical Sciences at Macquarie University from 2008 to 2011.
