Daniel Soo

Daniel Soo has extensive work experience in the field of taxation. Daniel started their career as a Tax Assistant at RKT Tax Consultants Sdn Bhd in 2005, where they were involved in tax compliance and related matters. Daniel then worked at Crowe Horwath KL Tax Sdn Bhd for 10 years, starting as a Senior Tax Manager and specializing in compliance, GST implementation, and tax advisory. From 2017 to 2019, Daniel served as a Tax Manager at AIA Public Takaful Bhd, where they focused on tax calculations, GST returns, and creating standard operating procedures. Daniel then joined TDCX (MY) Sdn Bhd as a Group Tax Manager, handling tax-related matters, tax reporting, and financial statement disclosures. Most recently, Daniel worked at Maxis as a Senior Tax Specialist and is currently working at PKF Malaysia as a Tax Director.

Daniel Soo attended Elite Jaya International and pursued the ACCA program. After that, in 2002 they enrolled in Tunku Abdul Rahman University of Management and Technology, where they completed a Diploma in Accounting cum ACCA. Later, they returned to Elite Jaya International to continue their ACCA studies.
