Michał Paszkowski

Micha Roon is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in the blockchain and software development sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering at The Hashgraph Association, Micha supports innovation projects through training and mentorship. As the owner and founder of managination, Micha focuses on enhancing the software development landscape. Previous roles include Head of Web3 Engineering at NOUMENA DIGITAL AG, CTO at bonq, and Chief Innovation Officer at Energy Web. Micha has also contributed to decentralized infrastructure as a Foundation Board member and CTO of Share&Charge, and served on the Blockchain Advisory Board for the IIB Council. Additional experience includes advising for PioneerVentures.io and SwissBorg, as well as a tenure as a Senior Blockchain Developer at Sweetbridge, Inc. Micha holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Lausanne and has completed additional studies at MIT and PMI.
