Albert Sienkiewicz

Albert Sienkiewicz is a seasoned professional in infrastructure financing with extensive experience in public project management. Currently serving as a Senior Infrastructure Financing Specialist at Polskie Koleje Panstwowe S.A. since March 2017, Albert is responsible for the preparation and implementation of railway station projects in Poland, leveraging state and EU funds. Prior to this role, Albert was employed at the Ministry of Infrastructure and Development, where responsibilities included overseeing the management and financial aspects of the Operational Programme Infrastructure and Environment for two separate funding periods, and managing projects related to environmental protection. Albert's career began as a Junior Project Administrator at Scott Wilson, followed by a Project Administrator role at URS Corporation. Academically, Albert holds a Master's degree in Economics and a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting, both from SGH Warsaw School of Economics.
