Jennifer Harrison-Rathfon

Jennifer Harrison-Rathfon is an accomplished Sr. Talent Acquisition Manager at PKR, with a comprehensive background in full life cycle recruiting, sourcing strategies, and collaborating with hiring managers. Experience at PKR includes progressing through various roles in talent acquisition, utilizing both internal and client ATS systems. Prior to this, Jennifer managed front desk operations and led recruiting at Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center, and served as an Aviation Operations Specialist in the Army National Guard. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management at Wichita State University, Jennifer's educational background includes studies at Penn State University and Millersville University of Pennsylvania.
