Kathy Myhand

Kathy Myhand's work experience includes their current role as Vice President of People at PKWARE. Prior to that, they worked at ControlScan from 2015 to 2021, initially as the Director of Human Resources and later as the Vice President of Human Resources. Kathy also has experience as the Director of Human Resources at Convergent Resources Holdings from 2009 to 2015 and as the Director, Human Resources at VSoft from 2007 to 2008. Before that, they were the Director, Human Resources & Administration at RSM McGladrey Employer Services, Inc. from 2003 to 2007, the Human Resources Manager at McMaster-Carr Supply Company from 2001 to 2003, and the Director, Human Resources & Corporate Services at Telemate.Net Software, Inc. from 1994 to 2001. Throughout their career, Kathy has been responsible for various HR functions including recruiting, employee relations, performance management, policy development, compliance, and training and development. Kathy has managed teams, led integration efforts for acquisitions, and implemented HR strategies and programs.

Kathy Myhand attended Vanderbilt University from 1984 to 1988, where they earned their B.A. in Political Science. In 1987, they also briefly studied International Law & Business at Birkbeck, University of London. Kathy then went on to the University of Virginia in 1990 and 1991 to further their education in Business, although it is unclear if they obtained a degree from this institution.

In addition to their formal education, Kathy Myhand has obtained various certifications. In December 2001, they became a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) after completing the program offered by HRCI. Furthermore, in August 2015, Kathy obtained the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM.
