Samantha Lilley is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various sectors, including technology and services. Currently serving as the Director of Professional Services at PKWARE since March 2023, Samantha previously provided strategic guidance to Channel Sales and Operational teams at Endpoint Protector by CoSoSys. In past positions, including Director of Solutions Implementation at Passport and Engagement Director at Intevity, Samantha managed client relationships, spearheaded digital transformation strategies, and led high-impact service delivery efforts. With expertise in developing SaaS service offerings at Social Solutions and implementing ITIL processes at Conduent, Samantha has consistently driven growth and improved operational efficiency throughout a diverse career that began after earning a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts and Communications from The University of Texas at Austin.
