Marthe Prestegaard has a wealth of experience in the technology, banking, and telecom industries. Marthe began their career in 2008 as the President of ANSA Switzerland, a non-profit organization that voices the interests of Norwegian students studying abroad. In 2010, they co-managed an innovation project with an interdisciplinary team of 14 engineering students based all over the world. From 2011 to 2012, they held a summer intern position at HedgeSPA, a startup developing high-end financial analytics and methodologies for risk assessment in an online portfolio management platform. Marthe then worked as a consultant at Dynamisk Helse, a start-up developing and implementing digital nano-learning elements for training of personnel in the health sector. From 2012 to 2016, they held a summer trainee position at Posten Norge, Bring Logistics Solutions, and worked on business development with a focus on improving profitability in one of the divisions. From 2016 to 2019, they were a Product Manager at Telenor, where they were responsible for product roadmap and continuous prioritization in line with their partners and Telenor markets. In 2019, they became a Senior Product Manager and Technical Team Lead at Attensi, a Norwegian B2B SaaS scale-up with 100+ employees and 100+ customers over a wide range of industries. In 2020, they became an Entrepreneur at Antler, a global early-stage venture capital firm, and the Chief Product Officer at Plaace, a Norwegian proptech startup.
Marthe Prestegaard obtained their Baccalauréat from Lycée Édouard Herriot in 2006, studying Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. Marthe then studied Mechanical and Process Engineering at ETH Zürich from 2006 to 2009. From 2010 to 2013, they studied at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), earning an MSc in Industrial Economics and Technology Management with a focus on Strategy and International Business Development. In 2011, they attended the National University of Singapore for Technopreneurship, Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and Technology. Additionally, they attended the Norwegian School of Entrepreneurship (Gründerskolen) in 2011 for Entrepreneurship. In 2016, they obtained a Telenor Strategy Execution Program certification from INSEAD and a Certified Scrum Product Owner certification from the Scrum Alliance.
