Tom Perkins

Tom Perkins is a General Superintendent at Place Services Inc. With extensive experience in construction management, they previously held senior roles at Winter Construction and Rycon Construction, where they successfully managed large-scale projects, including a $170 million mixed-use development and various retail remodels. Their earlier experience includes pivotal positions at T. D. Farrell Construction and HJ Russell Inc., where they contributed to significant builds such as Home Depot and Kmart distribution centers, ensuring these projects remained on time and within budget. Tom is currently pursuing degrees in Building Construction Management and Building Construction Technology.
