Katie O'Keefe possesses extensive experience in brand representation and customer relations, currently serving as a Brand Ambassador at Place Showroom since August 2016. Simultaneously, Katie has been with Chan Luu LLC since August 2012, holding dual roles as Press and PR, Retail Customer Service Manager, and Order Fulfillment Manager, where responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, overseeing order fulfillment, and coordinating seasonal press strategies. Previous experience includes serving as Office Manager and Recreation Supervisor for the City of Glendora from June 2003 to July 2012. Katie holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising, earned between 2007 and 2012.
