Darran Lawless is the Development Director at Placefirst, leading build-to-rent investor and developer. Prior to their current role, Lawless held similar positions at Peel L&P, Petre Properties, and East Cheshire Engine Of The North Limited. With extensive experience in the real estate development industry, Darran has been responsible for overseeing various mixed-use projects and acquisitions. Lawless has a Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate Development from London South Bank University.
