Tou Lee

Tou Lee is a seasoned professional in case management with extensive experience in onboarding, offboarding, and training case managers across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Case Manager Supervisor at Placement Partners MN, Inc. since March 2024, Tou Lee has previously held positions including Assistant Program Manager/Supervisor at Thomas Allen, Inc., and Lead CADI Case Manager/Supervisor at ResCare Community Living. Possessing a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology with a minor in Social Work from Metro State University, along with an Associate of Science in Social Work and Business Management, Tou Lee has developed a strong foundation in human services and client support, beginning with early career roles at Community Care Services LLC and Cub Foods.
