Shanda Smith

Shanda Smith is an experienced professional in the fields of business administration and escrow management. Currently serving as an Instructor in Business Office Administration at UEI College, Shanda has also worked as a Commercial Escrow Officer at Placer Title Company since May 2015, where expertise includes managing commercial, industrial, and agricultural escrows across California, with a focus on Tax Credit acquisitions involving construction and rehabilitation.
