Jamie Jones

Jamie Jones (Assoc CIPD) has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Starting in 2004, Jamie worked as a Team Manager at Vodafone before transitioning to npower as a Metering Complaints Administrator. Jamie then moved into a training role at npower, formulating tailor-made training suites and boosting employee confidence in utilizing new systems. In 2013, Jamie joined FedEx as a Learning & Development Specialist, designing a successful train the trainer course and facilitating career advancements for employees. Jamie continued to excel in the learning and development field at eg solutions plc, Verint, Computacenter, and finally, Places for People, where Jamie currently holds the position of Head of Training and Engagement - Homes Plus. Throughout their career, Jamie has demonstrated proficiency in project management, stakeholder management, training program design and execution, and leadership development.
