Scott Black

Scott Black is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the development sector, currently serving as the Group Chief Operating Officer and Executive Director of Development at Places for People since May 2020, overseeing all development activities across the organization. Prior to this role, Scott held multiple senior positions at Crest Nicholson plc from September 2009 to March 2020, including Managing Director of Crest Regeneration and Development Director. Earlier in Scott's career, from September 2006 to September 2009, Scott was the Managing Director and Owner of Living Villages. Educationally, Scott holds an Advanced Diploma in Professional Practice from RIBA North West and a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from The University of Manchester.
