Fiona Billson

Fiona Billson is a highly experienced professional in product design and development, currently serving as the Global Lead Product Design Manager at pladis Global since September 2012. Prior roles include Lead Product Design Manager and various positions at United Biscuits from November 2002 to November 2012, including Process Technologist and NPD Interface Manager. Fiona also gained significant experience at Nestle S.A. from September 1998 to October 2002 as Technical Manager overseeing product and packaging development for Toffee Crisp and as Coffee Laboratory Manager. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Forensic & Analytical Chemistry from the University of Strathclyde, obtained from 1993 to 1998.
