Ian Soon

Ian Soon is currently the Head of Marketing for Western Europe and Emerging Markets at pladis Global since October 2023. In addition, Ian serves as an Ambassador for One Young World, a position held since October 2017. Previously, Ian held various roles at Suntory Oceania from June 2022 to June 2023, including Head of Marketing for Energy & Transformation and Brand Lead for Suntory BOSS coffee. Ian's extensive career at JDE spanned from March 2011 to February 2022, during which multiple positions were held, including Global Instant Mixes Lead and Global Marketing Manager for Tea. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) 1st Class in Marketing and a Bachelor of Commerce in Management and Marketing from The University of Auckland, along with A Levels from Westlake Boys High School.
