Lucy Peel

Lucy Peel currently serves as Head of Procurement UK&EUR at pladis Global, a position held since October 2023. Previously, Lucy led procurement at Eat Real + PROPER | WARP Snacks from May 2022 to October 2023, and at innocent drinks from May 2016 to May 2022, where responsibilities included sourcing tropical ingredients and leading ERP implementation. Earlier career roles include ingredient buyer at innocent drinks, where procurement for various ingredients was managed, as well as positions in sales, supply chain planning, marketing, and customer relations across several organizations. Lucy holds a Dual Honours Degree in Hispanic Studies and Business Management from The University of Sheffield, completed in 2016.
