Manhar Vesra

Manhar Vesra has a wide range of experience in procurement and supply chain management. Starting in 2004, they worked as a Consultant at IBM Global Services, where they were responsible for providing technical support and analyzing data for transportation projects. In 2010, they joined Avon as a Senior Domestic and International Transportation Analyst, where they managed transportation needs and implemented cost-effective strategies. Manhar then moved on to become a Sourcing Manager, overseeing a multi-million dollar portfolio of packaging components. In 2016, Vesra joined New Avon LLC as a Sourcing Manager and then Senior Sourcing Manager, where they played a key role in establishing a separate sourcing department for the company. In 2018, they became the Director of Strategic Sourcing at Tarte Cosmetics, where they developed sourcing processes and implemented cost-effective strategies. Most recently, in 2020, Vesra worked as a Supply Chain Consultant, advising clients on product launch methodologies and leveraging industry knowledge. In 2021, they took on the role of Head of Procurement, North America, at pladis Global.

Manhar Vesra obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business. Manhar had a double major in Decision & Information Systems and Logistics, Transportation & Supply Chain Management during the period of 2000 to 2004.
