Manoj Loya

Manoj Loya currently serves as the President/CEO/MD for Asia Pacific at pladis Global since January 2024. With extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, Manoj has held various leadership roles at Godiva Chocolatier since March 2013, including President for International, Greater China & APAC, EMEA, and Managing Director for MENAT. Prior to Godiva, Manoj was the General Manager for Baskin Robbins from September 2002 to February 2013, where significant growth was achieved, including the opening of over 500 stores. Manoj's earlier roles included General Manager at Chaudhary Group, where revenue and profitability tripled, and Area Sales Manager at Seagram, focusing on distribution strategies. Manoj began the professional journey as a Management Trainee at Shaw Wallace & Company Limited. Manoj holds an MBA in Marketing from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management and a B.Com in Statistics from Brihan Maharashtra College of Commerce.
