Tugba Kose

Tugba Kose is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product commercialization and management, currently serving as the Head of Commercialization at pladis Global since March 2010. In this role, Tugba leads the successful launch of new products, develops strategic plans aligned with market trends, and manages cross-functional teams across various product categories, including chocolate and candy. Prior positions include New Product Introduction Project Team Manager and NPI Team Manager, where Tugba focused on strategic leadership and coordination of new initiatives. Tugba's career began with roles at Tadco Food Import Company and Danone Baby Nutrition, complemented by a Master's degree in Engineering Management from Istanbul Technical University and a Bachelor's degree from Hacettepe University.
