Rhonda M. is an Executive Career, Leadership, and Life Strategist to Women in Business at Rhonda Marcus since June 2019, focusing on helping clients achieve personal and professional impact while remaining authentic. In addition, Rhonda serves as an Expert Contributor for Plaid for Women, a multi-racial, inter-generational group dedicated to empowering women through impactful content. As the CEO and Founder of True Potential Entertainment, LLC from 2010 to 2018, Rhonda established Studio KDI to inspire youth to engage in social change. Rhonda also founded Little Stars Family Centre in the UK, providing valuable social and educational programming for young children and their caregivers. Previous roles include Director and VP of International Marketing and Business Development at Sprint, where Rhonda achieved recognition for innovative marketing, as well as positions at Commercial Union Capital Corporation and Drexel Burnham Lambert focusing on analytics and mortgage-backed securities. Rhonda holds a Master's degree in International Affairs from Columbia University and a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Marketing from Carnegie Mellon University.
