Gagan Malhotra

Gagan Malhotra is an experienced Machine Learning Engineer currently working at Plaid since May 2024. Previously, Gagan held multiple roles at SoFi from November 2019 to May 2024, progressing from Senior MLE/DS to Staff MLE/DS and Senior Staff MLE/DS. Prior to SoFi, Gagan worked at Unity as a Senior Data Scientist and Data Scientist from August 2017 to November 2019, and as a Data Science Engineer. Gagan's early career included internships at IBM and Altice USA in 2016. Gagan holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the Rochester Institute of Technology, completed in 2017, and a B.E. in Electronics from the University of Mumbai, earned in 2012.
