Grace Petro

Grace Petro is an experienced professional in human resources and performance enablement. Currently serving as a Program Manager for Learning & Performance Enablement at Plaid since November 2018, Grace has developed a performance enablement strategy that includes quarterly feedback conversations and goal alignment. Previously, as a Human Resources Business Partner at Plaid, Grace supported both the Go-To-Market and Business teams, advising leadership on coaching, career development, and performance management while enhancing organizational efficiency through strategic reorganization. Grace began as a Human Resources Generalist at Plaid overseeing immigration sponsorship cases and previously worked as an HR Coordinator at PAN Communications. Grace holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Women and Gender Studies from Boston College.
