Jennifer Taylor

Jennifer Taylor currently serves as President of Plaid since February 2024 and is a Board Member at Freshworks since September 2021. Taylor enjoyed a brief period of downtime in early 2024 after holding the position of Chief Product Officer at Cloudflare, Inc. from June 2017 to January 2024. Previous roles include Senior Vice President of Product Management at Salesforce, where Taylor shaped product direction and strategy across various teams, and Manager of Platform Product Marketing at Facebook, where Taylor built a team focused on driving developer adoption of the platform. Taylor also held key positions at Adobe Systems, where strategic initiatives in gaming and rich media solutions were guided, and at Vector Capital and Excite@Home, gaining valuable experience in investment and product management. Taylor earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Public Policy from Brown University.
